Reverse rotation serpentine belt aluminum water pump for 1986-93 5.0L/5.8L engines. Standard shaft and bearing with stamped impeller. Provides good flow and pressure for engines that operate below 6000 RPM. Can be used on 1979-85 with minor modifications.
